A company seeking a Seal of Approval for one of its products must satisfy the seal criteria listed above.  After you have reviewed these criteria and are satisfied that you meet the requirements, you can follow up by:

1. Contacting us to discuss your company, the specific product under consideration and our fee structure
   
   
2. Signing an agreement with the ORI that lists the testing to be conducted and the fees to be paid
   
   
3. Shipping a standard production sample of your product to ORI for testing and evaluation
   
   
4. Sending ORI copies of all your advertising material and package inserts and instructions (for customers)
   
   
5. Receiving from ORI: 
       - a report of the test results
       - a certificate verifying that your company is authorized to use the ORI Seal of
             Approval in connection with the product
       - instructions as to how your customers can access your abstract of the test
             report on line
   
   
6. Submit payment of agreed upon fees
