- The ORI
has established standards for performance that are specific
to the device under evaluation and to the claims of the
manufacturer
- The
device under evaluation has been subjected to critical
testing in accordance with the established standards
- The
claims made in the manufacturer’s advertising and other
publications have been verified by testing
- The
device performs according to reasonable customer
expectations
- The
product will function properly
for a period of not less than
one year or the purchase price
will be refunded
